Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zyo.lol. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use zyo.lol.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless prohibited by law.

You may not use zyo.lol to:

• Publish illegal, exploitative or harmful content
• Distribute malware, phishing or fraudulent links
• Impersonate a person, brand or organization
• Infringe copyright, trademark or privacy rights
• Scrape, spam or overload the service
• Bypass security, rate limits or access controls
• Sell, transfer or reserve usernames abusively
• Interfere with other users or service operation

You retain ownership of content you submit and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant zyo.lol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal requirements or copies made outside our control.

Profiles may contain user-provided links and integrations with third-party platforms. zyo.lol does not control third-party content, availability or practices. Your use of a connected service is also governed by that provider's terms, and an integration may stop working when its API, permissions or policies change.

Premium pricing and included features are shown before purchase. Payment providers may apply their own terms, currency conversion or fees. Unless required by applicable law, completed digital purchases are final after premium benefits are delivered. Verified duplicate charges or fulfillment errors should be reported promptly so we can investigate.

We may remove content, restrict features, reserve or reclaim usernames, suspend accounts or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal request, fraud, abuse or harm to zyo.lol or others. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action. You may stop using zyo.lol and request account deletion at any time.

We work to keep zyo.lol fast and available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued for maintenance, security, provider changes or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular integration or preservation of content outside stated backup practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zyo.lol is not responsible for user content, third-party services, indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for claims caused by your content or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
