Respecting original work

zyo.lol provides tools for people to publish profiles, links and media. Users must only upload or link content they own, are licensed to use or are otherwise legally permitted to share.

1. zyo.lol intellectual property

The zyo.lol name, logo, original interface, product design, software and platform assets are owned by zyo.lol or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or present zyo.lol branding as your own.

2. User content

Users retain ownership of their profile content. zyo.lol does not claim ownership merely because content is hosted or displayed through the service. The limited license described in the Terms of Service allows us to operate the profile and ends subject to deletion, backups and legal obligations.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe content available through zyo.lol infringes your copyright, send a clear report through official zyo.lol support containing:

  • Your name and reliable contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • The exact zyo.lol URL and material involved
  • A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the report is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete or misleading reports can delay review. Knowingly false reports may create legal liability.

4. Review, removal and counter-notices

We may request additional information, restrict access to reported material or contact the affected account while reviewing a sufficiently detailed report. If content was removed by mistake or misidentification, the affected user may contact support with their identity, the removed material, the basis for restoration and any statements required by applicable law.

5. Repeated infringement

zyo.lol may remove content or restrict accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement. We may also preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to handle disputes, prevent repeat abuse or comply with legal obligations.

6. Trademarks and third-party assets

Third-party names, icons and trademarks shown through integrations belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Do not use a zyo.lol username, page or template to impersonate or create confusion with another person or organization.
